Are you feeling stuck? Life has you trapped in a box that you can’t get out of? Are you constantly asking yourself why life continues to place obstacles in your way that appear immovable. Why do these things keep happening to me? Our emotions, which are memories of our experiences, are the cause of our effects in life. Transmuting those emotions that no longer serve us and freeing ourselves from the illusion of our external reality is the goal of this course. When we do this we can start the process of expanding ourselves into our multidimensional self.

We are Sentient Beings, so having an emotional body is part of the human experience. The emotions we carry within this emotional body will depend on many factors. When we awaken to those memories that are no longer serving us that we have carried with us into each lifetime, we allow ourselves to detach and let go. What have we chosen to experience in this present lifetime so we can evolve and expand Ourself into the next level of consciousness?

Holding onto emotions keeps us stuck in the 3D box, preventing us from moving into a rebirth, also known as a new state of beingness. The purpose of our human experience is to live life in the present, becoming conscious of who we are in each lifetime and transcending into a higher frequency. The human body we are evolving into during this timeline is what many of us call the light body or crystal body. Unfortunately, until we have transmuted the emotions or transmuted the aspects of the EGO that no longer serve us, transcending to this light body will be difficult to accomplish as we are in a state of resistance.

This Course is designed to take us into unconditional love and freedom using tools to show us how to deep dive within Ourself. Discover what is keeping us stuck and limited in this present moment, which is preventing us from stepping into the realization of who we are. Once we discern where we are in this moment, we can take the next steps of letting go and transmuting those emotions that no longer serve us. As we begin to shift into the next level of consciousness, more tools will be provided to propel us into our new Self, a higher version of us. This program will assist in opening the door of our 3D limited box and expanding our energies into the tesseract where we now have access to unlimited possibilities, allowing us to freely move in unconditional love while creating and co-creating our beautiful expanded Self. Module One: Fear vs Unconditional Love
Fear and unconditional love greatly impact how we experience life. Many people, according to studies, spend over 50% of their time feeling anxious or fearful due to unresolved emotional issues and societal pressures. These feelings can stem from past traumas, such as losing a loved one or experiencing rejection.

​In contrast, unconditional love promotes characteristics like compassion, understanding, and joy. By consciously choosing to embrace love, we can replace our fears with a more positive outlook. Module Two: Suppressed Emotions
Suppressed emotions often trap us in a cycle of fear. Research shows that unresolved issues can lead to emotional triggers that resurface unexpectedly. For example, a person who has faced childhood bullying may feel anxious in social situations even decades later.

Module Three: The EGO
Not understanding the Ego prevents us from becoming our authentic selves. Many people report feeling a lack of purpose or direction because their fears cloud self-perception. Techniques such as meditation, the power of water, sound healing frequencies, and light therapy can significantly enhance our emotional and physical wellbeing, allowing us to create our desired state. Incorporating consistent practices, like daily meditation for just 10 minutes, can lead to marked improvements in mood and emotional resilience.
